Appearamce: Colourless, transparent, no mechanical admixture , liquid. The product is made by direct hydration of ethylene oxide formed in a fixed bed reactor loaded with silver catalyst, using ethylene and oxygen as raw material.

Applications : It can be used to synthesis "Polyester" (Dacron) and other polymers, but also can be used as a film, rubber, plasticizers, desiccant, brake oil, raw materials, it is commonly used in high-boiling point solvent , it can be used as a car radiator antifreeze and aircraft engines of the refrigerant.
