CXT**0II Multi-function Safety System for Tower Crane integrated load moment indicator with anti-collision & zone protection system and remote online monitoring system.

It indicates real time working states of tower crane and tower crane group both in operator cabin and online.In the meantime it combines functions including black box, anti-collision & zone protection.

The system is applicable to various types of level-jib and luffing tower cranes. It adopted the most advanced ARM embedded intelligent microprocessor technology, high precision digital azimuth sensor, weighing sensor, angle sensor.which greatly enhanced data processing capability with higher precision and higher stability. In addition,the system adopts 8 inch sized touch screen and display in bilingual language(Chinese/English),which help operators install and use the system more easily. When the operator runs the tower crane, the system can show the comprehensive working states of tower crane which help him run the tower crane safe and effectively.
 
Multiple &Optional Functions
A. On-site Information Display & Alarm
If the load reaches the rated load or *0% of the specified moment, the system will give an early warning. If the load reaches **5% of the specified moment, the system will alarm automatically and stop the trolley from moving outward and the hook from lifting upward. 

 B.  Anti-Collision &Zone Protection
The system solves two major problems: interference between tower cranes and the protection of prohibited zones .When detects the threats of anti-collision or overstepping the protected zone, the system will alarm and restrict the operation automatically, ensuring the safe operation of tower crane.
 
C. Remote Online Control 
The operators of tower cranes just need to log in the specific research website to check the working status of all the tower cranes which have been under controlled at any time any where.
