1. Application

The rectifier of auto-control is used in station yards, such as distribution stations, pipeline pressure stations, oil and gas storage depots, to protect regional buried facilities and to apply different impressed current to protect different metallic structures independently in the same area. The rectifier of auto-control has been provided advanced index, high reliability and long service life.

PS*3F multiplex rectifier of auto-control is and apparatus of which the output of each subcircuit is independent. The current of each subcircuit can be adjusted independently. There are constant potential control function and constant current control function, manual adjustment and synchronous on-off test operation modes in each subcircuit. The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with protections against overcurrent, lightning and AC interference.

2. Technical performances

2.1 Power Supply： Single Phase **0 x (1 ± *0%) V, *0 x (1 ± 5%) Hz;

three phase**0 x (1 ± *0%) V,*0 x (1 ± 5%) Hz.

2.2 Independent output: When changing output of one subcircuit, the others wont be influenced.

2.3 Output voltage and output current

Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current of each subcircuit: 1%~ **0% rated value. The rated output value can be set according to users' requirement.

{C}2.4 {C}Ripple coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 5% when subcircuit is operating on rated output state.

{C}2.5 {C}Operation mode: The rectifier of auto-control has been provided with manual adjustment operation mode, constant potential operation mode, constant current operation mod©.

{C}2.5.1 {C}Manual adjustment operation mode: Adjust output current manually, continuously.

{C}2.5.2 {C}Constant potential operation mode

{C}2.5.2.1 {C}Constant potential is continuously adjustable in the range (0mV~ ****0mV).

{C}2.5.2.2 {C}Constant potential precision: less than 5mV.

2.5.3 Constant current operation mode: When unable to operate in constant potential operation mode due to some faults, the unit will switch into constant current operation mod© automatically.

{C}2.5.3.1 {C}Constant current range： Constant current can be regulated continuously in the range of 1 % ~ **0% rated value.

{C}2.5.3.2 {C}Constant current precision: better than 1%.

{C}2.6 {C}Reference  impedance: more than 1 MQ.

{C}2.7 {C}There is soft start function.

{C}2.8 {C}There is alarm function when protection potential departures from control potential.

{C}2.9 {C}There is overcurrent protection.

{C}2.*0 {C}Lightning protection: Input terminals and output terminals are equipped with 3 class lightning discharge system which includes sawtooth-type spark gap, varistor surge absorption and regulator diode limiter. And the circuits meet the requirements of IEC***4.

{C}2.*1 {C}Protection against reversed polarity: The rectifier of auto-control will close automatically when there is reversed polarity.

{C}2.*2 {C}There is self-test function.

{C}2.*3 {C}Resist interference: Reference  terminal can resist AC interference and instantaneous interference.

{C}2.*4 {C}On-off test On-off test can be selected through keyboard and remote control on-off interface. The time for on and off can be set In test, the current will come into the intermittent state and the unit will not alarm when the current is off and there is no current impact when unit switches to on-state from off-state.

{C}2.*5 {C}Measurement and display: Each subcircuit has been provided with large screen LCD to display output current, protection potential, control potential, output voltage, and operation mode of each subdrcult. The rectifier of auto-control can monitor the AC  voltage.

{C}2.*6 {C}Data communication interfaces: The rectifier of auto-control can be equipped with various communication interfaces (eg. USB interface, point-to-point interfaces, RS**5 interface, RS**2 interface, etc) to transmit, storage, measure operation data remotely, such as potential signal, current signal, voltage signal. Through these interfaces, synchronous on-off test can be controlled remotely.
