Nano spherical fused silica used in quartz crucible
Spherical fused silica powder used in quartz ceramics. It owns excellent arc resistance; low coefficient of thermal expansion and good electrical and so on characteristics. These characteristics are good for solving the quartz ceramics’ brittleness problem. After adding spherical silica powder into quartz ceramics, it would make quartz crucible to be denser. Meanwhile, it greatly increased strength of crucible.Nano spherical fused silica own good physical properties, excellent chemical stability and unique optical properties which made it to be the most important materials for the quartz ceramics crucibles.
