When the electric motor is driving, the worm wheel speed reducer drives gyration supporting parts of filling and capping and bottle feeding and outputting thumb wheel running by gear drive. The filling gyration supporting drives filling jar gyrating. There are *0 heads piston fixed quantify filling valve around filling jar. The idler wheel of ration filling valve is turning along slant guide rail, the up-stroke is the process of ration taking out material and the down-stroke is the process of making the lay. It could change piston pump stroke by changing the declivity angle of guide rail, in order to change the filling amount. Bottles, which are fit for filling require, are sent to the left of bottle feeding screw by conveyor chain, to bottle dialing star wheel by screw and to *-in*1 filling machine. When there is no bottle, the turning arm of core of faucet does not gyrate and open valves. The material in filling valve goes back to filling jar with the decline of piston. When there are bottles, the detector switch sends signal, the open valve cylinder drives the open valve cam push down, the turning arm of core of faucet is gyrating and opening valves normally, idler wheel of piston ration filling valve push down along slant guide rail, eliminate material into bottles, finish ration filling procedure. After filling, bottles are sent to capper via transition thumb wheel, the bladed stopper of capper blocks the bottleneck, keeps bottle erection and avoids bottle gyrating. The capping heads keep revolution and rotation on capping machine, carry out grasping cap, covering cap, screwing cap and taking off cap by cam. Then the capping process is over. Bottles are conveyed from capping machine to bottle outputting conveyor chain by bottle outputting thumb wheel, then they are conveyed out off *-in*1 machine by conveyor chain.
