We are very excited to introduce to you our wide range of automated QA systems to suit all of your inspection requirements. We can process up to ****0 parts per minute depending on the size and other parameters of the components. The system can also generate all kinds of statistical reports like, SPC reports, etc. 
Our systems comprise of a high speed & high resolution camera, conveyor/vibro-feeder, ruggedized PC, several Sensors, touch screen monitor and image processing software. The image of the component will be captured by the camera and the software will process to identify the dimensional or visual defects. The system will then mechanically sort them into separate groups. 
  
By automating the quality assurance process one can speed up the QA process and remove repetitive manual tasks thus saving time and resources, which equates to cost savings.
