ingredients: organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter and organic
coconut sugar.
Chocolate has a pleasant caramel note, which perfectly harmonizes
with the tartness of cocoa beans. To reduce bitterness and acidity,
the chocolate mass is grinded for a long time on special equipment
and thus acquires a special tenderness.
Chocolate has a
European organic certificate Euroleaf. The presence of such a
certificate is a signal to a consumer that the product does not
contain traces of pesticides, synthetic flavors, dyes, traces of
antibiotics or hormones. In order to obtain such a certificate for
chocolate, certifying authorities investigate the origin of raw
materials - cocoa, milk and coconut sugar. All these ingredients
must come from soil that has not received synthetic
fertilizers.
