Dosage: according to starch dosage used for surface sizing, suggest to replace 1/3 or 1/4 starch, generally suggested add **7kg/ton paper, also can be used based on specific production conditions. Join location: starch gelatinized tank, gelatinized with starch. Also can add solid sizing agent to gelatinized starch solution. Join method: join water to gelatinized tank, then start stirring. Weigh a certain amount starch and viscosity reducer together join to gelatinized tank. Operating as normal gelatinized process, after heated to *5℃, add solid agent, continue stirring for *0 minutes, then keep warm for backup. Can appropriately increase viscosity reducer dosage about *0% according to solution viscosity. Join order: water-starch-viscosity reducer-heat to ****3℃-add solid agent-keep warm for *0minutes-onto machine (add or not add surface sizing agent based on water resistance requirements).
