Papermaking Defoamer

Description
This defoamer is designed especially for controlling the foams of the papermaking process, which must be solved during the papermaking process, otherwise, it can affect the production stability and the paper quality.
To remove and suppress foams in the papermaking process is very important, once the gas content of pulp reaches around 0.5~1.0 %, it must be controlled, otherwise, it may cause paper breaking, the level fluctuation of white water and the fluctuation of pump frequency.
Zilibon Papermaking defoamer has strong foam control ability, which can fast remove tiny foams that carried between fibers, the surfaced floating foam of pulp, and remove the big bubbles from water surface at the same time.
Thus, this defoamer can reduce the side effect caused by foams, such as fish-eyes, paper breaking, pump tank overflowing, etc.

Characteristic

This new type defoamer is made from high-grade aliphatic alcohol, polyether, and high efficient defoaming substance.
Fast defoaming ability, lasting foam suppressing effect.

Application
This defoamer is used to remove the surface foams which contains rosin size, the bubble that absorbed by the fiber in water, the surface foams of aqueous modified starch white water system and the bubble that absorbed by the fiber in water, the foams of retention agent system which with polyacrylamide, the surface foams of AKD emulsion white paper system, starch gelatinization, paper whitewater, and other process which require non-silicone contains.

Instructions
Usage: This defoamer can be added after the foams forming, or foams suppressing component to be added to the foaming system before the foams forming.
Recommended dosage:
According to different foaming systems, the recommended dosage is around *0~***0ppm.
In general situation, the dosage for per ton of paper white water is around **0~**0g, the optimal dosage should be determined through the actual testing.
This defoamer is dilutable, if need to dilute it, please contact us for the correct diluting solution. Please do not dilute directly with water, otherwise, it's easy to cause delamination and demulsification situation, which will affect the product quality.

Packaging and storage
1. Packing: *0KG, **0KG, ***0KG /Plastic drum, or as customer required.
2. Storage: Non-dangerous goods, non-toxic, non-flammable. Should be stored sealed, in a cool, ventilated and dry place. Before used up, the container should be sealed tightly at around *5ºC.
3. The shelf life is about *2 months.
4. Transportation: This product should be sealed well during transportation, preventing from moisture, water, strong acid & strong alkali.
