VPS****0 is a highly productive stationary vibrating press which lays aside finished products onto a wooden pallet. Concrete mixture is transported by a fork-fit truck with a bucket and by belt conveyors. Feeding concrete to the mould is done by a batching plant for coarse-grained and fine concrete. The elements are shaped in the mould under the action of the hydraulic pressure and vibrations from the upper and lower side of the mould. Finished element is pressed out onto a wooden pallet which is shifted to the back part of the machine and then it is lifted up. The elevator has the capacity of ***0 pallets depending of the elements height. From that place, pallets are transported by a special adaptor shelf to the drying place. For producing **5 pieces of blocks *0x*0x*0 per hour , it is necessary to have no less than **0 pallets and *0 shelves for daily production. When the height of concrete elements is from ******0mm, the shelf can accept 5 pallets. For producing tiles with the capacity of *5m2 per hour, it is necessary to have no less than **0 pallets and *2 shelves on daily basis. When the height of the concrete elements is up to **0mm, the shelf can accept *0 pallets.
