C****0 produces concrete pipes, diameter *******0mm, by vibrating of the outer mould. The main part of the machine is placed into the concrete hole according to the manufacturer's drawing. Smaller part used for shaping the upper part of the pipe, electrical and hydraulic controls are placed above the hole. In the initial position the entry for pipes is in the hole. Loading of the tools with simultaneous vibrating is done by classical carts or by belt conveyor for concrete. When the tools are filled to the top , vibrators are turned off, the excess of mass is taken off and the bucking tool of the upper part of the pipe which can be hydraulic and manual, is turned on. After the moulding is finished, the bucking tool is put away. For production up to fi **0, 2 operators are needed, and over fi **0 , 3 operators are needed.
