2. Materials for Screw,pins and barrel:
A) Screw is made by nitriding steel (*8CrMoALA), Surface is undernitrogen treatment, thickness ≥0.*5mm, Hardness is ≥HRC*2.
Hollow structure,Easy to control temperature,and no leakage after hydrostatic test , one hour **0kg/cm2.
B) Barrel
is pin structure, axial drill cooling.
The lining bush of barrel also made by nitriding steel
(*8CrMoALA),after nitrogen treatment. Hardness is
≥HRC*6,andthickness ≥0.*5mm.
C) Pin is made by *0Cr
D) The materials of feeding roll is also made by nitriding steel (*8CrMoALA), thickness of surface is ≥0.*5mm, Hardness is ≥HRC*2.
The gear of feeding roll is made from *0CrMoTi ,and surface is after carbrization,thickness 1.5mm,gain wear-resisting property.
