This low melt fiber is a bicomponent fibers with low melt PLA sheath and PLA core. pla low melt fiber has low melting point( **0°C/ **4°C), thermoplastics and self-adhesive properties. pla low melt fibers have a range of melting temperatures and can bind with pla fibers as well as other natural fibers. The performance will not diminish or fade after washings or over time. It provides a bridge between pla low melt fiber or other natural fibers to make nonwoven **0% natural ingredient. Due to the nature of pla fiber, the working intensity on pla low melt fiber, during opening or carding process should be *0% less than polyester fiber.
