Usage:
It's suitable for packing fragile bulk products with requirement of high counting precision, such as: Puffed food, potato chip, crispy rice, jelly, candy, happy fruit, apple chip, boiled dumpling, snack products, popcorn,  rice dumpling and medicine, etc.

Descriptions:
1. It is combined with vertical form fill seal packing machine, 8/*0 heads weigher, Z type material conveyor, Supporting platform.
2. Fully Automatically complete all the process from  feeding, counting, filling and bag making, sealing, cutting, date printing to finished products outputting.
3. High counting precision and efficiency without crashing material. It can automatically complete to feeding, calculating, bag forming, printing date and output.  It scales accurately, high efficiency.
4. Machine adopts a Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller and matches with English and Chinese display screens. It is controlled by Micro-computer operation interface. Thus, it's easy to operate, convenient in adjustment and super automatic. Can set the length of bag with fully automatic by micro-computer control center.
5. Photoelectric tracking system and two way compensate function are adopted to ensure the automatic correcting of double face printing design on packing bag. It can setup the pouch length directly at the tender side at the same time, and do step-less adjustment to the pouch length at the pouch length range.
6. The kind of elevator is used mainly to convey the solid food ,such as rice, chip potato ,candy ,etc. it composes the automatic quantitative packing system  combined with the weigher and packing machine, which is applying widely. Be made of **4 stainless steel and plastic (PP) which is hygienic healthy .the elevator is controlled automatically.
7.  The platform is beautiful ,firm ,skidproof ,and safe .the platform is mainly used to cases the weigher ,which is the general accessorial equipment in packaging system. It is made by stainless steel.
