Application:
This machine can pack the single
piece of wet tissue products with fully automatic feeding of
material & packing, such as can finish automatic folding of
tissue, filling of Sanitary liquid, cutting by single piece, tissue
conveying, bag making, bag cutting & bag sealing, produce date
printing, counting of production, finish products conveying etc in
the meanwhile.
Description:
1. This machine adopts Siemens PLC & Touch Screen
intellectualized User-Interface Control Center, hence steady in
performance with lower fault rate and easy to operate. Also the
full set of steady electrical system can keep the machine with long
time of working state,
2. This machine can pack the single piece of wet tissue products
with fully automatic feeding of material & packing, such as can
finish automatic folding of tissue, filling of Sanitary liquid,
cutting by single piece, tissue conveying, bag making, bag cutting
& bag sealing, produce date printing, counting of production,
finish products conveying etc in the meanwhile.
3. High accuracy photoelectric detection tracing system, hence more
options for bag length size's adjusting.
4. Main motor equipped with high quality AC frequency converter
which makes stepless speed changing.
5. The downward feeding of the film and chain feeding style is
used, which features great stability to the packing of wet tissue
products with single piece.
6. Adjustable and sealing structure makes the sealing effect
perfect and strong enough.
7. This machine can be equipped with date printer, used for the
printing of produce date on bag, the printing position can be
adjusted freely on bag.
8. All the machine's shell adopt high quality **4# stainless
steel.
9. The machine can fully reach the international standard of
pharmaceutical machinery production.
