Functional configuration:

1) die cutting roller and rubber roller self-disengaging through air cylinder off center device under off working condition, can reduce machine empty carrying capacity and extend die pad and die mould using life.
2)Planetarytype phase adjustment,adopt electric digital display **0°adjustment,phase adjustment precision can be reach to 0.*0mm.
3)Digital display phase indicate, makes operation more convenient and accuracy.
4)Mechanical transfer die cutting roller, right and left moving±*0mm, and equipped with radial direction differential device, makes rubber roller wear evenly and extend rubber roller using life greatly.
5)Machine equipped with die pad correcting device, can be used for rubber roller repeatedly corrected .
