EPP is a tri-partite joint collaboration between EPP, Forest Research Institute of Malaysia (RFIM) and Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) to undertake research and development and commercialization of the eco-friendly pulp production using the oil palm Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB).EPP is moving towards achieving food grade quality pulp by getting HACCP certification (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). This will further our position as a provider of safe raw material for the food grade paper manufacturing industry. EPP is also attaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accreditation for our manufacturing facility, elevating the entire production facility to international standards. Given the vast and continuous supply of EFB, we are able to confidently assure a consistent production and supply of over *0,**0 tonnes of EFB derived pulp per annum with consolidated logistics and distribution channels that are centered at Tawau port, East Malaysia as its delivery point.
