The major factors in determining the Saffron's quality, are its flavor and its power of coloration. You can easily recognize a high quality of saffron by its strong perfume, and the best quality "Grade1", should exceed **0 UPC "Units of Power of Coloration".

 

Anoot offers the premium quality of organic, selected Saffron. The Normative tests of Moroccan Saffron give a factor between **8 and **0% UPC (against **0% for Iranian Saffron, first producer WorldWide).

 

Because harvesting is done manually multiple times a day flower by flower, and the selection of each Pistil of Saffron is so laborious, this spice is considered as the most expensive condiment in the world, thus its name RED GOLD.

 

Our Saffron can be sold in bulk, or by a multiple of *0g. The prices will be determined depending on the quantity required.
