able to perform the following cycles:
·R**0amonitoring.Itcontinuosly
checkingthe R**0apollution level with 2 sensors located
inthe machine and the
chargingzone.It
willalso power the fan and
the flow sensor. The flow level, as well as the pollution level
are displayedand two set point are setted for
safety control. Up to the *0% of the flammable
levelit
willjust power the fan at
*0% of the nominal flow and doesnot
display any alarm; between *0 and *5% of the flammability level
thefan is powered at **0% of the speed while an
alarm is display. Just in case of more than *5% of the
flammability levelit
willcut
offthe power to theR**0acharging machine and display an acoustic and
visible alarm.
·Stand
by cycle.Itcan not be
switchedoff (a special keyis given to the authorised personnel whom is
the only person that able to turn off it
duringmaintenancejob). During the production
stop,it
willcontinuosly
checkingthe R**0 pollution level and apply the
following stand by cycle: up to *0% of the pollution level the
fan is turn off; between the *0 and *5% the fan start to work at
**0% of the possible flow and the visual alarm is display, in
case of pollution higher than *5% an acoustic and visual alarm
will be display.
·ALARMS.Itcan display the following
alarms:
1.R**0
high pollution level at charging machine;
2.R**0
high pollution level at transfer pump (Optional);
3.Fan
failure.
