Machine Unit

The machine use stationary worktable,the machining accuracy will not be affected by the worktable load, X/Y axis movement applied RAM structure,high precision linear guide slides are used for transmission, low coefficient of friction, good rigidity, large travel, and more suitable for large and medium-sized mold processing.
The spindle supported by 2 precise roller guide,drive by DC servo motor with ball screw.
The spindle rod is double nut enhanced type, ensure that no backlash, lower the drive torque, accurate and reliable micro feed DC servo system coupled with the control system,to realize the adaptive control processing.
Gapless timing belt toothed belt drive ratio accurately, high positioning accuracy and stable. Entire spindle system is characteristic of high sensitivity, no creeping, good spindle anti-torsion performance, high linear precision, large loading capacity, high rigidity comprehensive advantages.
There is a electrode coupling board with T-slot under the spindle,the electrode coupling board and the spindle is insulated,it could load the large electrode,in the meanwhile,it could refit with the various tools to meet the requirements of loading small electrode.
The worktable and the machine bed used high precision iron casting,being through the aging treatment,which is enlarge the effective working area,and improve the rigidity of the worktable as well,to avoid affecting the machining accuracy while the workpiece loaded.

Control Unit

Point to Point automatic movement,the maximum memory points is **0*****0

5 groups swing function setting provided,the same mould could be set 5 different swing mode at the same time.

Automatic compensate the electrode loss,when process massive holes,we can preset the electrode loss value,the computer will compensate the depth automatically to make the depth of each holes the same.
Automatic edge finding and center finding.
The condition of electrical discharging adjust automatically while the discharging is unstable,the computer will modify the discharging efficient and running time. When it becomes stable,the condition will recover as it was. The machining data could be modified at any time while the machining process.
Automatic origin finding function,the computer could find and go back to the origin automatically when the power is off and recover.
Auto anti-carbon deposition detecting function,when the machine is running unstable,computer will adjust the parameter settings and improve the chips removal height,and it will recover when it gets stable.
Mirror machining circuit, can get a real mirror effect.

Use dialogue type operation interface in Chinese and English,the parameter setting is easy to according the operator's habbit.
To test the program is correct or not,there is a DRY RUNNING mode could be used before discharging.
AUTOZ auto editing-the automatic machining data will complete,just need to the maximum depth initial current and the selection of the quality of products. 
Intellective condition editing-just to select the shape,materials and the cross-sectional area of the electrodes,as well as the quality of the products,machining depth,and complete the parameter setting, the process would be completed this way:Rough-Middle-Fine.
The measurement of the axes XYZ can be switched from Metric and Imperial.
Functions of clearing two times discharging and carbon deposition,rapid elevating and discharge edge finding.
Special large area machining circuit detection control makes the surface line more smooth and uniform.
Discharge upward function makes machining special workpiece easy.
Parallel connection discharging circuit,can bear higher current,more stable. Making he discharging board a lower fault.
