The machine bed,slide base,worktable,column,spindle box and the
other key spare parts used high rigidity iron castings,ensure the
structure of the machine a excellent strength,anti-torsion and
shock absorption performance. All of the iron casting were resin
sand casting and being through the aging treatment to eliminate
the internal stress. This reduced the stress affects to the
machining accuracy,
