Raymond Mill is available for grinding the raw materials, such as talc, calcite, limestone, marble, barite,dolomite, mica, granite, kaolin, bauxite, fly ash , iron ore, quartz, feldspar, ceramic, gypsum,,bauxite, rock phosphate, coal etc., about **0 kinds of materials in total.

It is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, refractorymaterial, cement etc..

Working Process& Principle
First, the raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the required size, then the crushed materials is conveyed into the hopper by bucket elevator. Then vibrating feeder uniformly transfers the material into the grinding chamber of the main unit. The material is up thrown and fed into the space between the grinding roller and grinding ring in the process of synchronous rotation of the shovel and the grinding roller, and form a cushion material layer. The material on this layer is grinded between the grinding roller and the grinding ring.

The airflow is sucked into the air blower through the air return pipe on the upper part of the large cyclone collector. The whole airflow system is closed and cyclic, and it flows under the positive and negative pressure circularly. The grinded powder is swept away by the strong airflow into the classifier. The coarse powder falls into the grinding chamber for regrinding due to its own gravity, whereas fine powder goes out of mill and is collected by cyclone collector. These collected powder is the final product of raymond mill. Thus, the purpose of powder production is achieved.

2. Electrical system adopts centralized control, milling workshop basic enabling unmanned operation. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system.
3. The grinding roller compressed on the grinding ring tightly due to the centrifugal force.
And they have a long replacement period.
4. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably.
5. Main parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.
