PROZEDURE:
1.Buyer issues a LOI/ICPO
2.Seller sends a signed / stamped draft contract to the buyer
3.Buyer signs and stamps the draft contract and sends back to the seller.
The draft contract is effective now.
4.Seller prepares and stamps the NCNDA and send to the mandates- intermediates-buyers
5.Buyer shows Proof of Founds (5 bankig days) and Max 7 days Contract signing and Seller send also POP before BG or SBLC is opened for 1 months shipment total. BG or SBLC       must be opened within 5 days of  days of after showing proof of product..
6.Within three (3) banking days buyer's bank send to the seller's bank a non-operative   non transferable BG or SBLC. Seller send  PB 2%, and activates the payment instrument.
The BG or SBLC become operative now.
7.Buyer opens SBLC or BG in favour of Seller Shipment Value valid for one year
one month. Then Buyer pays for each shipment via TT at port of discharge after inspection. The BG or SBLC is for sellers Security  for which if buyer fails to pay for any shipment Via TT 3 days after inspection, Seller calls for BG or SBLC payment Buyer has the right to ask an invitation from the seller to attend the inspection and the loading.
Shipment starts.
