When the composite material which consists of T/OP
(PET/OP/Polyester/Spandex) fabrics is dyed by disperse dye, OP side
usually absorbs more dye because of its rubber property. Therefore,
PET side can not be dyed by appropriately relative proportion. It
will cause dyeing color inconsistent. Also, the overall wash
fastness of the composite material will be weakened because the
dyestuff is not bonding on the Spandex fibers and easily been
washed out.
