【Overview】
Stone production lines are divided into two types: stone production line and sand-making production line. Because of different classification, these two lines has different equipment disposition.
According to different rigidity of the broken materials, the stone production line can be divided into two production lines of once-shaped and secondary crushing.

【Working Principle】
Large stone is evenly sent into jaw crusher through vibrating feeder for coarse crushing; The coarse crushing stone is sent into impact crusher for further crushing through belt conveyor.
The finely crushing stone is sent into the vibrating screen for screening into several different sand specifications through belt conveyor; The stones those are not meeting the requirement of particle size are sent back into the impact crusher for broken again through the belt conveyor, thus forming a repeatedly closed-circle. the other stones that meeting the requirement of particle size will be as finished products and be sent to stockpile by belt conveyor; According to customer's needs and demands, finished granularity can be combined and classified. For environmental protection, finished granularity can be equipped with the supported dust removal equipment.
