Consumers are aware of how important food quality is for their health, they therefore want products that are healthier and safer. This growing concern for food safety has forced the food industry to look for natural alternatives that are just as effective as the “chemical” preservatives traditionally used.

In response to this demand, Nutrafurhas developed a range of **0% natural antioxidants called Nutrox®. Products in the Nutrox® range are as effective at protecting food and drink as traditional synthetic preservatives without changing organoleptic and nutritional properties, this means that foods can be give a “clean label” status.
 
Our R&D Department is highly experienced in the natural antioxidant field and works with several research centres specialising in Food technology, enabling us to provide our customers with the support they need to solve their oxidation problems. Nutrafur meets the highest quality standards and has the ISO ***1 and ISO ****1 certificates as well as Kosher and Halal certified.

Oxidation is the main cause of food going off and this leads to food loosing its freshness, being rancid, smelling bad and undergoing changes in texture and colour. Rosemary extracts offer a range of solutions for extending the life of products regardless of their use or production process.

Nutrafur’s main priority is its customers and we therefore put all our expertise into adapting the rosemary extracts to their specific requirements and advising them on how to use and apply the products.
