Precision Preformer is a kind of high-efficiency and high-precision device for manufacturing rubber blank.
The precision preformer is composed of a ram extruder and a rubber blank cutter attached to the ram head. It is also equipped with hydrulic,vacuum, heating, pneumatic and electrical system. While in operation, the first step is to open the ram head and add the preheated prehensile rubber material into the machine from anterior part of the barrel. After that, the ram head is to be closed to adjust the extruding and cutting speed (volume control).
