The anchors secure household rugs to carpets and secure mats to vehicle carpets to keep rugs and mats from slipping. The trademark is RugRats and MatRats. They are sold in packages of four. The device is basically a pin with a decorative plastic shield. The circular decorative plastic is 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Simply push the device through the rug/mat and under the carpet. The anchors prevent rug/mat slipping, sliding and bunching up. They are a safety device in the home to prevent tripping over loose rugs. With the anchors in place, rugs/mats casn be vacumned without being sucked into the vacumn. They currently are available in three colors and are in blister packs. They are currently manufactured in Shanghai. Patent Pending.
