Rupture Disc and Rupture Disc Devic

1. SlottedType(Slotted) Rupture disc(LK)  The weakness is artificially made in the slotted rupture disc. Its burst pressure is controlled by the weakness. When the system to be protected is overpressure, the disc is stretched bidirectional. Then the weakness bursts to release the pressure. Thus play a role of protection.  The disc applies to medium, low pressure. It can be used in gas, liquid, dust etc. working condition. There are some splinters after the bursting.
2. Forward Domed Score Tensile Type Rupture disc(LC)  The disc make the cross"+"or annular score in the arch face. When the system is overpressure, the disc burst along the score to release the pressure. Thus play a role of protection. The disc applies to medium, high pressure; It can be used in gas, liquid, etc. working condition. No splinter after blast. Be Able to connect with safety relief valve in series.
3. Reverse Compressive Score Type Rupture disc(YC)  The disc make the cross "+" score in the concave face. When system is overpressure, the disc is destabilized and turn over .It burst along the score to release the pressure. Thus play a role of protection.. Medium can be gas. No splinter after burst. Be Able to connect with safety relief valve in series.
4.Reverse Compressive Knife blade Type Rupture disc (YD)  The disc has a complete arch face, which is pressed. When system is overpressure, the disc is destabilized and turns over. And it is punctured by the holder to release the pressure, and then protect the equipment. Medium can be gas.  Be Able to connect with safety relief valve in series.
5.Reverse Compressive ToothRing Type Rupture disc (YE)  The disc is a complex combined by monomer diaphragm and tooth shaped ring. The arch face is pressed. When system is overpressure, the disc is destabilized and turns over. And the disc is punctured by the tooth shaped ring to release the pressure. And then protect the equipment. The rupture discs apply to medium, low pressure. It can be used in gas. Be Able to connect with safety relief valve in series.
6.Reverse Compressive Score Hinge Type Rupture disc(YCE)  The arch face of the diaphragm has annular score and together with hinge combined to composite rupture disc. The arch face is pressed. When system is overpressure, the disc is destabilized and turns over .and burst along the annular score to release the pressure. And then protect the equipment. The rupture discs apply to full vacuum, pressure pulsation. It can be used in gas,. liquid, etc. working condition. Be Able to connect with safety relief valve in series.
7.Other Types :
Graphite Rupture disc When system is overpressure, the disc burst along the orifice to release the pressure. And then protect the equipment. There are some splinters after bursting. 
Door- Shaped Rupture disc(LKM)  The disc apply to low pressure, ultra low pressure. Medium can be gas, liquid, dust etc. working condition.
Welding Type Rupture disc(LPJ, YCJ, YEJ)  The welding type rupture disc is welded by rupture disc and holder. The feature are small volume, good leakproofness, convenient installation etc. Widely apply to full vacuum system.
Ejector Pin Rupture disc(YT) The burst pressure is controlled by ejector pin. When system is overpressure, the ejector pin will bend and become plastic deformation to release pressure. And then protect the equipment.
