Silicone for socks RG-1610: before screen
printing add the thinner (RG-1040) as the mixing rate 100:5,
can also adjust the suitable mixing rate, then add catalyst (
RG-B80) 2-5% , after mixing these three kind stir well, add
this mixture on the mesh then
printing.

Usage:
- Suitable for
silk screen printing garment, socks, caps, ribbons by hand and
auto machine and ribbon printing machine for anti-slip effect,
waterproof effect and decorative effect. Applicable to cotton,
polyester, spandex, leather and so
on.
- Choose the
proper silk screen mesh, workable for 118T
mesh.
- In two
components, combined with catalyst for using. Print and then
heat to dry, drying temperature is about 100 to 120 , and
drying time is about 60 seconds. The actual temperature and
time will depend on the printing thickness. Naturally drying
without any heating is also workable.
Package:
- Common clear silicone: 20kg/ barrel
- Matte silicone: 18kg/ barrel
- White pigment: 25kg/ barrel
