Salt Chain International (SCI) was incorporated in ***1 by three corporate professionals who wanted to work towards improving the largely informal sector of salt mining and processing. The company aims to create a sustainable end to end supply chain whereby salt being produced from Pakistan can be exported for both industrial as well as food grade consumption. We believe that this sector offers a tremendous opportunity of scaling up if proper mechanization and professional resource management is done. Hence, we are slowly working towards adding multiple products into our SKUs. Since the founding members come from FMCG and process industry background, they understand that only by meeting the quality standards while ensuring consistent supply can this sector scale up. This allows SCI to be in a better position to cater to all sorts of customer demands anywhere across the globe.
