We, offer with full legal responsibility and under penalty of perjury
declare the following AU-DUST free and encumbered with full authority,
able to sell under the following term and conditions:

 DOCUMENTATION:
 : Seller shall advise the buyer by written official document or
handed to Buyer or his Authorized representative or any other reliable
and agreed communication means of the followings details  of
documentation after Buyer have paid 7% of the cost of it demand to
obtain the below documentation to enable him or her demand for the
shippment directly to its destination.
1. Certificate of origin
2. Geological Survey Department permit for export
3. Certificate of ownership
4. Certificate of non criminal origin and that the gold is free of all
encumbrances
5. Customs declaration.
6. Customs declaration and description of boxes quantity, weight list
describing each shipment transitions.
7. Export Company Declaration that all charges, taxes and any other
duties have been paid in full.
8 Certificate of Assay Report issued by Government Recognize
laboratory i.e. Geological Survey     Department of Ghana

 TERMS OF PAYMENTS

PROCEDURE 1
 Buyer pick sample from it demand, after picking the sample, buyer
seal the goods by it own padlocks and then move for the testing at
government laboratory i.e.( geological survey department )
PROCEDURE 2
)If buyer is demanding *0 - *5 kg of alluvial gold dust ,he / she have
to pay **0% as payment after procedure one is done .
PROCEDURE 3
b)Above *5kgs ,Buyer has to pay 5% out of the total cost of it demand
(that will be use for above documents stated),after procedure one is
done .
 After all government taxes and documents is obtain ,the Buyer and our
representaive will departure the same day with the same freight to
Buyer  refinery / destination.
c), After final assay report from  buyer refinery ,with *8hours
 Buyer have to pay Seller rep the remain balance.
 We shall consider it a privilege entering into a long and lasting
business relationship.
