Property

PSA**6B silicone adhesives is a kind of widely used high temperature resistant pressure sensitive adhesive which is a methylbenzene/toluene solution with polysiloxane and resin as the base material and additives added. It can be mixed with other methylsiloxane pressure sensitive adhesives to achieve specific properties. It can be used over a wide temperature range and can bond a variety of low surface energy hard-to-bond materials such as silicone, fluoropolymer and Polyolefin etc.

Main technical parameters

Remarks: Matching ratio is glue:diluting agent:BPO=**0:*5:1.**2.0, *0℃*2 min eliminate the solvent and **5℃*6 min curing. Test condition: *5℃ temperature,****5% humidity, PI film thickness *0um,dry glue thickness ****5um.

Application Scope

As a pressure-sensitive adhesive, it can be applied to a substrate such as PET,PI,PTFE and aluminum foil by a conventional high-temperature tape coating device to produce a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with special properties, which has good high temperature resistance and chemical resistance, and can also be applied to a printed wiring board in electroplating process masking, SMT process, golden finger, FPC,PCB board, sandblasting, coating, high temperature painting, gold plating, masking protection part during electroplating, insulated and fixed in electrical and electronic products etc.
