Once the shells are poured and cooled, the shell ceramic is removed to reveal the poured castings. The breaking off of the shell is done with the pneumatic Knock out machine. The machine removes about *0% to *0% of the shell material quickly and efficiently without in any way damaging the cast parts. The machine is compressed air driven. An acoustic shroud is provided to dampen the noise. The enclosure is provided with a port to connect to a dust collector. A cyclone dust collector is available as option. An amphitheatre anvil and a shell debris collection basket is available as standard supply. The machine is available in Medium duty and Heavy duty models.
