Aluminum Foil Paper Cigarette Packing Application:  
Cigarette aluminum foil paper is used for cigarette packaging after liner, printing or painting. The thickness of cigarette aluminum foil is usually 5.8-7.5um, the paper weight is 20-70g/m2, and the common alloy grade and temper is 1115-O, 1235-O and 8011-O. The surface of cigarette aluminum foil paper is smooth and flawless, with flat plate shapes and few pinholes, and its appearance has neat sections, no burrs, clips, flounces, cracks, towers, loose rolls, starting bars or dents.
 
At present, according to the varieties, the inner lining paper of the cigarette box can be divided into aluminum foil composite lining paper, vacuum direct plating lining paper, transfer aluminum lining paper, printing lining paper, coated lining paper, film self-adhesive lining paper and sulfuric acid paper lining, etc. Among them, aluminum foil paper and straight coated paper is more than 80% of the entire application.
 
Aluminum foil inner lining paper has the characteristics of aroma and moisture retention, packaging adaptability and anti-counterfeiting. Among them, aroma and moisture retention is the most basic attribute to determine whether the inner lining paper is qualified, which is shown as a good barrier to moisture and aroma in and out. The 1235-0 aluminum foil inner lining paper has good shielding and reflecting effect on light and ultraviolet rays, and can effectively prevent the aging effect of tobacco caused by light.
