ISOPRO **8B is an isolate soy protein that has excellent dispersing ability and wonderful

dissolubility, with perfect color before and after hydration. For its specific properties, it can be widely

used in beverage area, such as protein powder, formula milk powder, soy milk, soy protein drink

and other nutritional or functional beverages.
