Working principle of Spring cone crusher:
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to do gyrate cycle through the countershaft and a pair of gear and pinion. The shaft axis of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric sleeve, which makes the surface of the mantle liner close to the bowl liner from time to time. In this way , the ores and rocks will be pressed , crooked and crushed.
