1. Brief Introduction of Silo
   
Bulk cement silo is an enclosed tank storage of bulk materials, suitable for storing grain, cement, fly ash and other bulk materials.

2.Characters of Silo: 

• Mainly used as a cement storage tank of Concrete Mixing Plant;
• It can be equipped level indicator so as to monitor the material level and amount.
• With the screw conveyor, the materials can be conveyed to a certain position.
• Suitable for loading into containers and exporting to overseas.
• Perfect sealing assure its efficient working performance.
• Lower cost of the silo foundation.
• Bolted easy to install, move and maintain.

• Equipment positioning: According to the diameter of Cement Silo, fixing the position of the equipments;
• Rolling silo: After fixing the position of the equipments, rolling silo to 2m high;
• Install silo roof: After cutting silo roof level with plasma cutter, installing the silo roof;
• Lifting silo: Lifting the rolling silo to required height
• Fixing silo:  fixing the silo with embedded plate
• Installing other facility: The user design and install the selected objects.
