** Direction:
   1. Turn the steering wheel to front place, then
       apart the product's interior soft cover(TPR)
       from the exterior cover.
   2. Set the interior soft cover(TPR) on steering 
       wheel and adjust to right position.
   3. Spray the water in the soft inner sleeve and 
       shell.
   4. Soft sleeve aligned within the shell at the top
       and pressure to hand down then.
   5. Rotation around the shell and adjusted to the
       appropriate location.
