NON-NEGOTIABLES
I can provide ICUMSA *5 (White Refined) and ICUMSA *******0 (Raw)
from Brazil.For a
quote please provide me with quantities, spot or
contract, destination port, method of payment
(transferable, non-transferable, MT**3, etc…), target price if
available, and how many brokers are involved?Note: VERY
IMPORTANT:
PRICES HAVE BEEN VERY
VOLATILE RECENTLY SO IF AN ICPO IS NOT GIVEN WITHIN *2 HOURS ONCE A
QUOTE IS GIVEN THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THE PRICE MAY
CHANGE.
I can handle any
quantities. First time buyers are limited to a maximum of a
**0,**0 MT spot and **0,**0 MT x *2 for
contracts.
DESTINATIONS:Iraq,
Iran, Jordan, Syria, Sudan, Egypt and Libya; the buyer will need
to add $*0 to the prices below (the extra cost is for insurance
costs being higher as these are considered warzone destinations).
QUANTITIES:
FORSPOT
QUANTITIES: (Must
be shiploads, no containers) From *2,**0 MT and up. (Quick
Load available, adds to price though)
Loading= within
*5 - *5 days.
Payment
terms = Irrevocable, Confirmed L/C **0% at sight or MT
**3.
Procedures
forspot
deals are not
negotiable and we require them on the ICPO:
*- Buyer issue ICPO with BCL/POF.
*- Buyer/Seller signs the final contract.
*- Buyer will issue an Irrevocable, Confirmed L/C or MT**3 Top *5
Banks only.
*- Upon acceptance of the payment instrument at the seller’s
Bank, Seller will initiate loading process; The POP will follow
after the loading is initiated.
*- The Delivery and Shipment commence as per Schedule agreed
upon.
FOR *2
MONTHSCONTRACT:
(Must be shiploads, no containers)
Quantities
of *2,**0 MT x *2 and higher. Quantities are
not an issue. We can do very large quantities if necessary.
Loading= within
****5 days working days. (Quick Load available, adds to price
though)
Payment
terms = Irrevocable, Confirmed 1 Month SBLC + ARDLC/MT
**3.
Procedures
forcontract
are not
negotiable and we require them on the ICPO:
1) Buyer issue ICPO with BCL/POF.
2) Buyer/Seller signs the final contract.
3) Buyer will issue Non Operative, Irrevocable, transferrable/Non
Transferable, divisible, confirmed 1 Month SBLC + ARDLC or 1
Month SBCL + MT **3 from Top *5 Banks only
4) Upon opening of the 2% PB by the seller, the payment
instrument becomes active and loading process is initiated. The
POP will follow after the loading is initiated.
5) The Delivery and Shipment commence as per Schedule agreed
upon.
