Okamura Trading used to be an import/export division of Okamura Foods in Aomori and became an independent trading house in ***3. Our main business is representing the production of seafood products for Jananese customers (Okamura Foods and other Japanese food trading houses) utilizing a factory in Vietnam. Those products include salmon-related sushi toppings such as salmon/trout/harasu slices as well as fish roe products such like masago and so on. We also produce our own products, which are mainly salmon-related, including portion packs and sushi toppings for Japanese and EU markets. We have products of *5 to *0 containers per month. The factory is approved for export to EU, USA and Japan and is ISO ***1:***0 and ISO ****5:***5 certified.
