JQ***1TLS橡胶沥青碎石同步封层机是把沥青结合料的洒布和石料的撒布同步进行，使沥青结合料和骨料之间有最充分的表面接触以达到它们之间最大限度的粘结性的专用设备。该设备是在我公司研制的橡胶沥青洒布车和碎石撒布机的基础上，吸收和借鉴国内、外同类设备的优点自行研制开发的，具有结构紧凑、操作简便、实用性强等特点。

The JQ***1TLS asphalt rubber synchronous chip sealer distributes asphalt binder and macadam simultaneously, which gives them most sufficient surface touch to obtain the biggest adhesion. The equipment, which is compact, handy and practical, is developed by incorporating features of equipments of the same kind from the industry based on the asphalt rubber distributor and macadam spreader of our company.

1.结构紧凑，转弯半径小，可用于山区、乡村道路等施工，应用范围宽；

2.利用重力自行下料，高度低，易于在隧道、涵洞等限高的区域工作。

3.柴油燃烧器通过导热油加热沥青，自动控温。

4.全自动控制，良好的人机界面。

5.沥青循环、喷洒均通过驾驶室自动控制，操作简便。

6.内置搅拌装置，不仅可洒布乳化沥青、稀释沥青、基质沥青、改性沥青，还可洒布橡胶（粉）沥青。

3. Diesel oil burner heats up asphalt via heat-conducting oil; temperature controlled automatically.

5. Recycling and spraying of asphalt are automatically controlled by the cab; convenient to operate.

6. The built-in device can not only spray the emulsified asphalt, cutback asphalt, base asphalt and modified asphalt, but also rubber (powder) asphalt.
