Unloadingsite（usually unloaded by oil tanker truck）is one of the most important site in the oil production plants of the oil field. Our company developed a set of metering monitoring program suitable for crude oil unloading site on the basis of our own competitive  product "FKC*1 type watercut analyzer". After its launch, it has been highly praised by customer,for it has solved the dissent of the metering result. Some stations have been designated as "demonstrative oil unloading stations" by the higher authorities of the oil field.
Performance:
●The resolution of the instrument is 0.*1%, accuracy as follows:
Range 0～3%: real-time accuracy±0.1%;
Range 3～*0%: real-time accuracy±0.5%;
Range *0～**0%: accuracy±1.5%;
●Crude oil temperature range: *0~*0℃;
●Explosion-proof: ExdⅡCT6 Gb;
●Unloading port numbers: 1~8, or no adding limit;
●System function: Oil transfer unit/ oil well number/ oil tanker register/ weight / water content calculating/ sum the production by different ways/ weight list print ;
●Operating staff rights: operator, could act normal unload oil procedures and print paperwork; Administrator, can audit the parameter to adjust the final output and to add or delete operators.
