D type bucket elevator use belt as dragging device, it mainly use for conveying material with bulk densityρ＜1.5t/m³in vertical direction, which can be powdery material, particles, small lump, less abrasive material. Use normal belt, the temperature of conveying material should not exceed *0℃, Use wire belt, conveying material temperature can reach *0℃,use heat resistant belt, material temperature not exceed **0℃, elevating height is 4～*0m.Normal model of TD type bucket elevator is TD**0、TD**0、TD**5、TD**0 etc. conveying capacity is 3.1～*6m³/h. which is widely use in chemical engineering, metallurgy, construction material, food, mining industries etc.

2 The middle cover of equipment is welded by bending parts, which make each section of cover have commonality and interchangeability, it ensure cover has good verticality after assembly.

3 Cover and head cover has several access doors, it is easy to check and replace spare parts once fault happens or change wearing parts.

4 Between covers and access door to cover have seal, which ensure no dust escape. Clean and environmental protection.

5 Set reverse stop device, which can preventing accident cause by power off and other problem.

6 Feeding inlet have high position and low position, high position has angle *0°with horizontal, which is used for elevating wet and powdery material. Low position has angle *5°with horizontal, which is used for elevating dry and good scattering material.
