 Common  problems and  Solutions

 1  Leakage:leakage may be  caused  by  the  plastic shell damage or toner power covering  on  MR.

  Answer(Solution):Check if the plastic shell  is damaged.If  no,turn the OPC drum several circles  in clockwise  direction.

 2  Slender or more than 1CM Black longitudinal  lines occur in the  printouts.

  Answer(Solution): Check if scrape  board has scratch or paper scraps.Change  the  scrape board or clean the paper scrape.

 3  Black horizontal  lines occur in the printouts.

  Answer(Solution): Turn  the OPC drum several circles  in clockwise  direction.

 4  Obvious white lines  and uneven black darkness(density)  on the printluts.

  Answer(Solution): Please check and  make sure there is enough toner power on MR,otherwise refill the toner power or replace a new cartridge.
