1. Brief Introduction
ST****0 Test device for smart energy meters is developed
according to the enterprise standard issued by the State Grid
Corporation. It can be used to complete the all experiments of
acception test for smart energy meters. With the support of other
relevant devices, it can also be applied to complete the random
experiments of acception test, full peformance test and so on (a
part of function experiments can be complete with the support of
other devices). The framework of this product is made of
aluminium material on the basis of standard configuration. So it
is of the strong points such as beautiful appearance and perfect
workmanship.
2. Function Features
1) It can automatically test electronic active & reactive
energy meters.
2) It can be applied to automatically test energy meters'
starting condition, running with no load, intrinsic error, meter
constant, timing error within a day and so on according to the
State Grid standard.
3) The system adopts the technique of digital real-time feadback
and the software automatically calibrates the amplitude and phase
of output. In this case, the precision of the output is high and
the adjustment rate of load is low.
4) The experiment of Rs**5 communication and real time
clock adopts an independent channel in a parallel mode. So it is
of great effectiveness.
5) It is equipped with inspection function of
expenditure-control to manage local and remote
expenditure-controlled energy meters.
6) It is equipped with the function to test load
switches.
7) It can be customised to detect and record the happing
times and correct occuring time of events according to the
national grid requirements Q/GDW *******9 (Technical Standard for
Single-Phase Smart Energy Meters) and Q/GDW *******9 (Function
Standard for Smart Energy Meters).
8) It can be applied to check the functions of smart meters such
as remote control, alarm, impulse signal output, measurement,
demand and period tariff.
9) It can be applied to check the energy meters' power
consumption of voltage circuits and current circuits.
*0) It can be applied to test the degression accuracy of the
surplus energy for the smart energy meters with prepayment
function.
*1) It can be applied to conduct a consistency inspection
to the smart energy meters'communication protocol according to
the DL/T*******7 energy meters communication protocol and its
complementary documents.

electrical measurement accuracy.
