Mini Vibrating feeder is widely used in different fields like light industry, chemical industry, food industry. It is applied in producing flows such as powder and particles feeding, dosing and quantitative automatic packing. And it can realize the centralized control and automatic control in the producing flow.
Features
1. Small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy to assemble.
2. Small power consumption because it works nearly in the state of critical sympathetic vibration.
3. Control device use half wave silicon controlled rectifier circuit , hence the feeding quantity can realize the stepless adjustment easily.
4. Since the feeding material volume can be changed, started or stopped instantaneously, the feeding quantity can be controlled accurately.
5. The feeder is kept being threw up during feeding process, so the abrasion to the trough is small.
