(0.*7 mbar) (Note: The glove box is not designed for ultra-high vacuum. Stainless steel case may deform at higher vacuum)
Positive Pressure: Max: 1.1 atm (note: gloves can not work if pressure is higher that 1.1 atm **0 torrs)
Inert gases pressure maintain: > *2 hours. Main chamber leakage rate: < 3 torr/hour]
