Descriptions:
 Top Plus bakery instant dry yeast selects the natural and pure strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, it is produced through the most advanced European biotechnology process. Its suitable for light bread, salty bread and other  fermentation snack with less sugar content( less than 8% ) like French bread, steam bread, bun and crusty pancake. The finished steamed products have big volume, regular inner structure, smooth and mild taste while the finished baked products have big volume, loose inner structure and crispy.
How to use:
Dosage: 1% of the flour weight.
Mix the yeast into flour, add water and stir well, or knead with the paste as dough for fermenting. Avoid adding the yeast directly into oil or cold water.

Storage
Store cool and dry. Seal after use.
