Introduction
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane is a type of polymer waterproof material based on polypropylene(PP) and rubber, processd by using unique formular and advanced technique. It can be recycled throughout its service lifetime. It doesn't contain any chlorine, heavy metal nor elements harmful to the plant roots and it is environmental friendly. 

Application scope
1)Roof waterproofing: plant roof, flat roof, pitched roof, lightweight steel construction roof ;
2)Underground waterproofing: artificial lake，basement;
3)Traffic tunnel: sewage treatment systems;
Features
1)TPO waterproof membrane combines the advantages of EPDM and PVC, with superior weatherability, flexibility at low temperature from EPDM and weldability from PVC.
2)Different from conventional plastic materials, TPO shows high elasticity as rubber at normal temperature, while it can be shaped like plastic at high temperature.
3)Therefore, TPO membrane has good processing performance and mechanical properties, as well as high strength welding performance. After adding a layer of fabric in between two TPO sheets, this composite product has enhanced its physical properties including higher breaking strength,better anti-fatigue and puncture resistance.
3)Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, tensile strength and elongation.
4)Operation can be done on wet substrate. Directly expose to the weather conditions without any protective layer. Easy operation. No contamination.Rewelding is operable. 5)White color TPO enhances the reflection of sun rays.Capable of resisting the growth of mould
Constructions - Full-adhibiting Method
1) Substrate adhesive can be painted on substrate or on the downward side of TPO membrane. Paint the adhesive evenly with no blank spot or pile-up (can adopt strip adhibiting method, spot adhibiting method and border adhibiting method as well)
2)Overlapping area shall adopt hot gas welding method. Weld the long edge first and the short edge after. Full adhibiting method is suitable for concrete substrate of various buildings. The construction technique and key process are the same as other high polymer waterproof membrane that use adhesion bonding method.
Note:  TPO membrane with self-adhesive layer adopts pre-paving or wet-paving methods.
3)Construction Attentions: At welding, clean the welding area, no water, no oil and no contamination is allowed.Before a formal welding, testing welding shall be carried out, to confirm the welding temperature and speed.
4) Remarks: for Mechanical Fastening(steel roof); pls refer to PVC membrane.
Storage and Transportation

1) Flat-wise storage, the stack height  should not be more than 5 layers,
2) Up-right storage, the stack height should not be more than 1 layer.
It is prohibited to contact with acid, alkali, oil and organic solvents. 
3) Storage temperature should not exceed *5℃, shelf-life is not more than one year
